Calling All Artists and Art Lovers

On Saturday, October 18, Market Creek Plaza will host its third annual Arts and Culture Fest from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m.  Admission to the event is free, which will feature music and dance performances, live art demonstrations, international foods, cultural workshops, and much more.  There is also for the first time a Visual Art Competition with prizes ranging from $200 for first place to $100 for third place.  There are two divisions, urban/street art and fine art.  For more information, pick up an entry form in the arts central office (607).  The deadline is next Wednesday, October 8th.  Good Luck!
