Federal Survey Cards

Lincoln High School needs all students, teachers and parents to help us collect our Federal Survey Cards. They may look like yet another meaningless form, but they are not. Reaching the required return rate on these forms can mean a significant amount of funding for our school.

Please make sure students have taken home a survey card. If they have returned one, make sure it gets to your Center office. State budget cuts are a certainty and there is nothing we can do about it, but failure to follow through on the Federal Survey Cards amounts to a self-imposed budget cut. We can do something about that.

We need everyone’s support to make sure Lincoln High School gets all the funds we are entitled to. Our students deserve it.
