Data director has been something we have been using since last year. We started doing common assessments in the middle of last year and data director has been a great avenue to share these and look at our results. In looking at our results we can see where our students are at and fill in when needed. For example, if a majority or our students did poorly on a test question, we can see that and go back and re-teach when necessary. Data director is also great for its student feedback. When the test scores are done, the student feedback will tell the students what they missed and what the correct answer is. This helps in their own self evaluation.
