Circle of Friends

WELCOME TO THE LINCOLN’S 2009-2010 CIRCLE OF FRIENDS!!!

Just to give a quick description of the club, Circle of Friends is a lunchtime program that promotes friendships and social skills for special needs students, by pairing them with general education students. Not only do the students gain social skills, but friendships that become life changing experiences. The goal for Circle of Friends is to increase the availability for an inclusive environment to increase self-esteem, communication, and problem solving strategies that can improve the adult life.

Anyone interested in being a part of this great experience can come and meet us for lunch on Wednesdays in Room 447, or can talk to Ms. Kramer or Ms. Hermosillo-Alcalva in the Center of Science and Engineering to sign up.
