SAN DIEGO COUNTY SALUTE TO EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP

A college bound graduating senior can be nominated in one of 16 career categories such as: Arts, Athletics, Computer Science Tech, Mathematics, Performing Arts, Science, Vocational/Technical.

JAPANESE AMERICAN CITIZENS LEAGUE

Every graduating senior must be an active JACL member to apply. Applicants must be planning to attend a college, university, trade school, or business school.

Going To Community College

Following graduation in June, one post-secondary option is Community College. A majority of seniors graduating on June 22 will probably choose Community College. Why? The per unit cost = $20. The second reason may be the variety of courses offered at MESA, MIRAMAR & CITY COLLEGE. At community college a student can choose courses leading to an Associates degree or courses that offer industry specific certifications.
