Lincoln High School a UCSD Partnership School

University of California, San Diego (UCSD), through CREATE, provides a wide variety of resources to Lincoln High School, including research and evaluation, teacher professional development, college-going advice for students and their parents, family support services, and academic tutoring. 

During the 2007/2008 academic school year UCSD undergraduate students from ALL majors volunteered to tutor academics at Lincoln High School.   UCSD students tutored in: Geometry, Intermediate Algebra, American Literature, English I, ESL, Avid, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, World History, and after school CAHSEE preparation to mention a few subject areas. In addition, to tutoring, UCSD undergraduate students interned ten hours a week with the following departments: counseling, nurse, school psychologist, and dean of students.
