The brief concluded with reasons why the 8th graders  should join Lincoln’s JROTC Program next year—stating that Lincoln’s JROTC Program ……

  • Prepares the cadets for life beyond the program
  • Develops personal skills
  • Teaches self-discipline and leadership skills
  • Provides for mental and physical training
  • Offers training on financial planning, and
  • Is an enabler when applying for a job and/or filling out a college application
